Taking Back Control Healing Retreat

A Three-Day Healing Retreat for Women with a History of sexual Abuse and for those who Want to Help Survivors Heal

Join Leila Rae Sommerfeld, along with other adventurous women, for three life-changing, days designed to help you heal from the aftermath of sexual abuse. Taking Back Control offers techniques from her book, Beyond Our Control (Kregel), to help you gain courage and confidence to grow spiritually and emotionally. You will be given a voice, and be supported without judgment or criticism.

You will reside at a secure facility, and learn some life-saving, self-defense skills taught by Leila Rae, a certified instructor for Just Yell Fire Self-Defense.

The retreat is held in beautiful northwest Oregon, U.S.A.
