What is Life Purpose Coaching?

Life Purpose Coaching is not counseling; counseling focuses on the past, present and perhaps the future. A Life Purpose Coach is not a counselor, therapist, doctor, rescuer, nor does the coach focus directly on relieving psychological pain or treating cognitive or emotional disorders. Life Purpose Coaching can be used concurrently with psychotherapeutic work, but is not used as a substitute for therapy.

Life Purpose Coaching focuses on the present and the future, and is for those who are well balanced emotionally and spiritually. Life Purpose Coaching is for those who seek their gifting and calling and look for ways to move forward and transits life changes in a healthy manner.

Life Purpose Coaching helps a person move forward by listening, asking questions and challenging a client in ways friends may not. Life Purpose Coaching is usually done by using one-hour telephone conversations, emails, old-fashioned letter writing, or face-to-face appointments. Partnering with a Life Purpose Coach is a safe way to seek support for change, heal, grow and embrace your call.
